What steps do I need to take to transfer my No. to Boloh?

You need to open a ticket for one of Boloh customer care representative to determine if your existing phone No. can be transferred. In order to open a Help Ticket

1. Logon to My Account.

2. Click on "Help Desk " and than "Submit New Ticket " link

3. Enter a message requesting phone No. transfer request with the phone No. information.

5. Click on "Submit" button.

Your ticket will be responded by a Boloh customer care representative in 24 hours and if your No. can be transferred a web link for authorizing the No. transfer will be sent to you.

Once you authorize the transfer request it can take several business days to process and in some cases, can take more than thirty (30) days to complete. Boloh will keep you informed of the transfer process via email along the way.
