AC-211 VoIP Settings & Configuration Guide
STEP 1
Open your browser with Internet Explorer. Go to » 192.168.251.1/Voice_adminPage.htm.
Enter the required password
STEP 2
The main configuration screen will now be displayed.
- From the left menu select "WAN".
- From the top menu select "Autoconfiguration".
- Ensure "Enable Automatic Configuration" is unchecked. Clear Server Address and Filename fields.
- After configuration is changed, select the "Save Settings" button.

STEP 3
- From the left menu select "Security".
- From the top menu select "Encryption".
- Leave the fields empty and select the "Save Key" button.
The settings page will refresh and "No Encryption key installed" will be displayed.

STEP 4
- From the left menu select "Reset".
- Select the "Reset" button.

Your device will reboot now. Open your browser with Internet Explorer. Go to 192.168.251.1/Voice_adminPage.htm again and enter the required password.
STEP 5
- From the left menu select "SIP".
- Enter following information for "SIP Server Settings"
Primary Server addres: sip3.Boloh.co.uk
Port: 5466
(you can also leave as 5060)
Domain name: Boloh.co.uk
- Enter following information for LINE 1 "Gateway Settings "
User /Phone Number: Enter the account number assigned to you when signed up for Boloh service. (e.g. 5551231234)
Caller ID Name: Enter your full name, this will show up as part of your caller ID.
Authentication User Name: Enter the account number assigned to you when signed up for Boloh service. (e.g. 5551231234)
Password: Enter the password that you chose when you signed up for the service.

- After configuration is changed, select the "Save Settings" button.
STEP 6
- From the left menu select "Reset".
- Select the "Reset" button.

The device will now be provisioned to utilize your phone service from Boloh.
Once you hear the dial tone you can start making calls!

If the phone fails to login, please take the time to double check your configuration as above. If everything appears to be correct, the problem may be your firewall.
- If your router/firewall suports DMZ, put your VoIP device in the DMZ area
- If you have an external firewall try opening SIP ports SIP signalling ports (UDP) = 5000 - 5500 RTP/RTCP ports (UDP) = 10000 - 30000
