InnoMedia 6328 VoIP Settings & Configuration Guide
STEP 1
Open your browser with Internet Explorer. Go to
192.168.251.1/Voice_adminPage.htm.
Enter the required password
STEP 2
The main configuration screen will now be displayed.
- From the left menu select "VoIP" and then "SIP Proxy" and enter following settings
SIP Proxy: sip3.Boloh.co.uk
Uncheck "Use Outbound Proxy" box
SIP Local Signaling Port: 5466 (or you can leave as 5060)
SIP Domain: sip3.Boloh.co.uk
Registration Expiration time: 3600
Preferred Codecs List: G729a adn PCMU repsectively
Click "Save" button.

STEP 3
Go to "VOIP" and than "User Account"
Choose Line 1 from dropdown
User ID: Enter the account number assigned to you when signed up for Boloh service.
(e.g. 5551231234)
Password: Enter the password that you chose when you signed up for the service.
User Name: Enter the account number assigned to you when signed up for Boloh service.
(e.g. 5551231234)
Authentication ID: Leave this field Blank
Use Hot Phone Number: NO
Click "Save" button

STEP 4
Reboot your cable/dsl modem, then reboot your device, and power-cycle your phone (if it is a powered phone). Check under the "information" to see if line 1 is registered.
Once you hear the dial tone you can start making calls!

If the phone fails to login, please take the time to double check your configuration as above. If everything appears to be correct, the problem may be your firewall.
- If your router/firewall suports DMZ, put your VoIP device in the DMZ area
- If you have an external firewall try opening SIP ports SIP signalling ports (UDP) = 5000 - 5500 RTP/RTCP ports (UDP) = 10000 - 30000
